The Bank CEO Network meetings are held over a two‐week period − usually the first two weeks of May and October. Members meet in two‐day sessions at resort or business hotels throughout the continental United States. Each session typically consists of four discussion modules: two presented on the first day, and two on the second day.
Bob Walters, an original founder and leader of The Bank CEO Network, as well as the Chairman of The Bank Advisory Group, leads one discussion module. This module is typically devoted to bank performance benchmarks and analyses.
The three remaining discussion modules are lead by outside presenters who are experts in their respective fields. Topics are selected based on member input together with current economic, regulatory, and financial circumstances.
Beyond the biannual meetings, members are consulted regularly through both formal and informal communications.
